Oscar Nieto is the owner of the consultancy company Discover Inside.

His extensive experience built during the past 20 years varies around a selection of different industries, where retail, business consultancy, and real estate have been at the core.

Besides senior roles at important Spanish companies such as El Corte Ingles, Oscar has been involved in family offices such as Grupo Netco, La Zagaleta, and real estate investment funds where he provides senior management.

These have included amongst others a transformation strategy for the real estate and amenity business of the renowned Santa Maria Polo Club in Sotogrande owned by the Mora Figueroa family, and a marketing and business development strategy for Zagaleta Group for its unique 900 Hectares ultra-high-end residential resort community near Marbella. He further is involved in the inception and full development of a Hotel & Branded Residences project within Zagaleta resort as well as the new Valderrama Hotel, Branded Residences & Villas project in Castellar de la Frontera (Sotogrande, Cadiz).

 

Other clients of Oscar included public entities such as the town hall of Málaga city (Ayuntamiento de Málaga) and Aedas Homes at its Vanian Resort project in Estepona.

At this moment, Oscar provides Project Design, Marketing, and Sales Management services for Emin Capital, at its Four Seasons Resort in Mallorca (www.mallorcaformentor.com)

Oscar holds a BSBA from Max M Fisher College of Business (Ohio State University) and a Master degree in Real Estate Management.
